The Window is one of the most popular attractions at Big Bend National Park. It’s best to go on a dry day as the rocks near the window can become treacherously slippery when wet.
Although you can’t quite see the window from this vantage point, a nice hike will take you towards the ‘V’ shaped spot seen above. It’s well worth the effort. Once you get there, this is view out the window.
This is a view of the Window from the other side. If you look carefully, you can see a man sitting on the Window ledge.
Zoomed in a little closer. Still don’t see him? Here’s one more view.
This is obviously extremely dangerous and not advised. Even on a dry day, the rocks can be very slippery.
